• The red wine will be produced from the Montepulciano red grape variety grown in Central Italy.

 

  • Bag In A Box – each box size contains 5 litres of wine and attached will be a wine label with details of how best to store the wine.   Each 5 litre Bag in a Box is equivalent of  6.6 bottles of (750ml) wine.
  • Bottle Size – each bottle size is 750ml with a wine label with details of how best to store the wine.

 

  • Winery Visit And Tasting – As the wine ages, pledges that have taken this option, will be able to visit the winery to taste the wine (one tasting glass per pledge of 75ml).  Dates to be announced with a view of giving each pledge one month’s notice of the upcoming date.

 

  • Sommelier Helpline –  Pledges that have taken this option will have access to the Wine Expert Email Helpline.  It will be available from 1st November 2017 to The 30th April 2018, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).  Not available on bank holidays and not available from 20th December 2017 to 6th January 2018.  There is going to be a dedicated email for questions about advice on wine choices, wine and food pairings and other wine suggestion queries.  This service is only available to one subscriber per pledge – (an email will need to be provided by the pledge taking this option for the whole of the service duration)

 

  • Free delivery within zone 1 – 6  – deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm)
  • Free Delivery within M25  – deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm)

 

  • Monthly Newsletter – From October 2017 to April 2018, one newsletter per month covering all aspects of the wine ageing and tasting notes of the wine as it ages.

 

  • Be a part of the Grape Pressing Team – 10 spaces available on each of the 2 grape pressing days.  Places can be booked as soon as you pledge directly by using the message facility.   Please make sure that you have a change of clothes, wellingtons and rubber gloves, it’s going to be colourful.

 

  • Discount of 10% for next year 2018 vintage – For pledges that have taken this option it’s all good news because next year vintage will be discounted.

 

  • Wine Course – From the novice to the more experienced, this course is designed to familiarise participants with aspects of wine.  From the growing of the grapes to recognising flavours and different styles of wines.  There are  going to be 5 lessons with a duration of one hour and half each – one hour theory and half hour tasting of 4 wines.  The course will based in Central London and it will run from 6:30pm to 8pm on Mondays, we are aiming to start at the end of January 2018 with 2 lessons per month and finish by March 2018.  Please see below wine course lessons details.
